The most common cause of bloating is the body’s inability to correctly digest foods. One of the best ways to help your food digest properly is to drink plenty of water. 💦
Here are 4 top tips that will help reduce bloating:
1️⃣ Stress less as it can disrupt the muscular contractions that move gas through your stomach.
2️⃣ Limit foods high in fat.
3️⃣ Go for a walk or a run. This can help move the gasses through your system.
4️⃣ Limit the sugar in your diet, especially from certain fruits and fruit juices. They have a tendency to form more gas when they ferment and cause bloating.
